Our Beliefs
  • We believe man was created in the image of God, but sinned and incurred both physical and spiritual death, separating him from
    God.
  • We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for the sins of every man according to the Scriptures, and only those who trust in His
    shed blood and have received Him as personal Savior have eternal life.
  • We believe in the bodily resurrection of our Lord, His ascension into Heaven and His presence there as our Intercessor.
  • We believe in the imminent return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
  • We believe in the personality, presence, and work of the Holy Spirit, our Comforter, as the revealer of Jesus Christ during this
    period in which Christ is absent from the earth.
  • We believe in the right of personal interpretation under the guidance of the Hold Spirit and the competency of the individual soul in
    direct approach to god, through Jesus Christ.
  • We believe in life everlasting for the believer and eternal punishment for the unbeliever.
  • We believe in the spiritual unity and fellowship of all believers in Jesus Christ.
  • We believe in the symbolic ordinance of Scriptural baptism in obedience to the command of Christ; and the ordinance of the Lord’
    s Supper in remembrance of His atoning death and in anticipation of His coming again.
  • We believe in the complete independence of the local church.
  • We believe in the separation of Church and State.
  • We believe in a world-wide program of evangelism.

Our Purpose
  • To joyously celebrate God – we call this worship! My worship provides me with power to live on; it is my force for living. As I
    worship the God who loves me, I receive emotional stimulation for life!
  • To declare salvation through Jesus Christ – we call this outreach! My outreach provides a purpose to live for; it is my focus for
    living. As I reach out to others with God’s love, I discover my significance in life!
  • To bring others into relationship with Him,
  • and into the nurture of His church – we call this membership! My membership provides me people to live life with; it is my family for
    living. As I fellowship with God’s family, I experience loving support for my life!
  • To grow in Christian faith – we call this discipleship! My discipleship provides me with principles to live by; it is my foundation for
    living. As I mature in God’s love, I enjoy stability in my life!
  • To equip for the work of ministry to the glory of God – we call this service! My service provides me with a profession to live out; it
    is my function for living. As I minister with God’s love, I express myself through my life!
